China CMS Marine Survey Co., Ltd (CMS) is an independent survey company which was founded in 2004 by Capt. Cloudy He, located in Shanghai, People Republic of China. Capt Bill Xia, worked on this industry over 10 years, took over the management.Over the years, CMS has found a position as one of the leading Survey Companies in China with a staff  of a broad range of experience.

The headquarter is located in Shanghai, China and have employees in Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Lianyungang,Guangzhou, Zhanjiang and Fangchengang,etc. Our main activities are in China; however, we can offer our services in far east area.

CMS got the "Certificate of Qualification for Institution of Import & Export Commodity Inspection and Survey", issued by General Administration of Customs of the P.R.C. License No.735.

　　上海申迈海事服务有限公司是独立的检验公司，于2004年由现任董事长何云先船长在上海建立。
　　2010年，夏国和船长加入公司，并负责全面管理, 夏国和船长1992年大连海事大学毕业，1999年即从事检验工作，积累了丰富的工作经验。
　　经过数年的努力和发展，公司取得了长足的进步，并凭借着具有丰富经验的检验团队、精湛的技术，在中国的检验公司中取得了一席之地。

　　公司总部设立在上海，同时在中国大连, 天津,青岛, 连云港, 广州, 湛江, 防城港等地区设有雇员，虽然现在主要的经营地为中国，但我们可以在远东提供服务。

      公司已取得由中华人民共和国海关总署签发的“进出口商品检验鉴定机构资格证书", 许可号735号。
